Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted this date to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, two children (7 pts) were in care with one caregiver present. Children were observed during diapering, handwashing, tummy time, and toy play. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
