Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on July 18, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children(10pts) present and one staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and one staff record on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
