Provider requested inspection based on changing the use of the school age room to a pre-K room. The inspection was conducted 09/01/2022 from 11:50 a.m. - 12:25 a.m. Measurements were taken of the classroom. The room measurements support the capacity of 18 children. The provider is not requesting an increase in total capacity (137) of the center.
