Each child day program that is licensed pursuant to this chapter shall develop and implement a plan to test potable water for lead. The plan and the results of each test conducted pursuant to such plan shall be submitted to and reviewed by the Commissioner and the Department of Health's Office of Drinking Water. Caregiver #1 has not developed or implemented a plan to test potable water for lead.
Plan of Correction: Applied for the grant to get this done.
Standard 8VAC20-800-250-A
Hanging items including window blind or curtain cords, appliance cords, and ropes shall be out of reach of children under five years of age. There were multiple appliance cords and extension cords from the tv to the mantel in the living room within the reach of children that posed a risk.
Plan of Correction: All cords have been removed out of the reach of children.
