This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/08/2021 and concluded on 08/04/2021, in conjunction with a self report received on 7/08/2021 . The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, 23points, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed. Evidence did not support violations regarding the self report.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
