Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 4:40pm. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children in care at the time of inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Based on records reviewed, it was determined that the vendor did not complete a required annual training class. Evidence: The Virginia Health + Safety Training class was last completed by the vendor on 2/21/20.
