Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy visit was conducted. No children were in care the day of the inspection as they come before and after school. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records and vendor's background checks and TB clearance documentation, physical space, trainings and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
