The center shall maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills for one year. The center did not maintain a record for the dates of the two shelter-in-place drills or the one lockdown drill for the year of 2025.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: The lockdown and shelter-in-place drills will be documented on the 2025 drill log. Going foward, center management will ensure that all drills are documented as they occur on the drill log.

Staff records shall contain all the required information. The record for staff 1 does not contain documentation to demonstrate that they possess the educaction and experience required by the job position of program leader. During the inspection, staff 1 was working alone in a classroom.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: A copy of staff 1's diploma or transcripts will be obtained and placed in their record.
