Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 7 children (24pts) with 2 staff were onsite. The children were observed playing on the floor with staff, engaged in toys and a drawing activity. Observation of the programming space, backyard, living areas and bathroom was conducted. No medication needs identified at this time. The home was found neat and equipped with toys and equipment that were age appropriate for the children currently in care. A total of 6 children's records and staff training were reviewed. No new staff or household members since the last inspection. All background checks remain current. Previous violations from the last inspection were reviewed and corrective actions were verified. This inspection occurred 10:30am and 12pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
