Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 4 children (13pts) with the Provider and 1 Assistant were present. The children had just returned from outside water play and completed their lunch. Some were playing on the floor while an infant was being held and bottle fed by staff. Walk thru of the program area was made along with observation of the outside play area. All cribs were observed along with the bathroom, diapering area and food storage area. The children transitioned to the smaller playroom where they made castles out of large lego blocks and were given sticker sheets to use. . The home was found clean and maintained. A total of 4 children's records were reviewed along with all staff and household background checks and training hours. The records were organized. Staff completed a great deal of training this calendar year. No medication needs or identified food allergies. This inspection occurred between 11am and 12:45pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
