Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 8 children (24pts) with 2 staff were onsite today. The children had just finished lunch and were free playing on the floor with staff. No medication needs onsite. One topical ointment. Observation of the program space, cribs, smaller program space, refrigerator and bathroom was made. No food allergies identified. Consistent children enrolled and no new staff since the last licensing inspection. A total of 6 children's records and the Provider's record was reviewed. All background checks remain current at this time for staff and household. Positive interaction was observed between the children and staff. Previous violations found at the last inspection were reviewed and corrective actions were verified. This inspection occurred between 10:45am and 12pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Violations
2Evidence:
Staff #1 stated that Clorox Wipes and Lysol spray is used to clean and sanitize the diapering surface. Proper cleaning and sanitizing requires a two step process of soap and water and then bleach and water.
