An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted today. The on-site inspection began at 8:30amand ended at 9:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 4 children's records and 1 caregiver record and 2 household member records on-site. This inspection included a tour. of the family day home and document review.
