Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, November 9, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 1:00 pm until 2:05 pm. There were eight children present with two caregivers supervising for a value of 23 points. Children were observed having lunch. The provider read a story during lunch to the children. Later the children played with cars and prepared for nap.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of seven child records and two caregiver records were reviewed. The inspectors interacted with the caregivers and children in care.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
