Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiate on 8/18/21 and concluded on 8/20/21. There were 73 children and 18 staff present. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
