Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director and assistant director, who was present with 91 children with 14 staff providing supervision. The inspection took place from 11:35 am to 1:45 pm. The ages of the children present ranged from 4 months to 5 years.
The children were in the process of being served lunch, which consisted of meatballs with a tomato sauce and bread, green beans, peaches and milk. The children finished lunch, washed their hands and transitioned to naptime. Fiver staff files and six children's files were reviewed today as well as medications for 8 children and 6 allergy care plans.
A sample size of 8 injury/accident reports were reviewed.
The playground and two buses were inspected.
There were no violations issued during this inspection.
