Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the director from 8:55 am to 10:45 am. Eighty -four children were present with 17 staff providing supervision. The ages of the children ranged from 3 months to 7 years. The Licensing Inspector was able to observe free play, circle time, center time to include journaling by the 4/5 year old children, and outside water play. For lunch, the children were to be served chicken patty on a bun, green beans, carrots and milk.Five staff and six children's files were reviewed as well as a sample of six medications for six children. The most recent fire inspection was dated 4/11/23 and the health inspection was dated 3/3/23. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
