Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. There were 6 children in care being supervised by the provider and one assistant for a total of 16 points. The children were observed resting and playing outdoors. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
