Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/18/23 from 8:40 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. with the provider. There were seven children in care, ranging in age from 18 months to four-years-old, for a total of 16 points. Children were observed eating breakfast and in free play. Five child records and two staff records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. No medications were on site and the provider understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based on a review of records and interview with the provider, the provider did not obtain subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening, every two years from the date of the initial screening.
