Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 5 children present (12 points) with 1 caregiver.
3 child and 3 adult caregiver/household records were reviewed.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, bathroom supplies, fire extinguisher and fridge temperature are all in compliance.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and watching a video.

based on observation, the freezer temperature was not maintained at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

The freezer temperature registered at 8 degrees Fahrenheit,
Plan of Correction: The freezer temperature was lowered during the inspection, to Zero degrees.
