Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 5 children present (13 points) with one caregiver. 2 adult/caregiver and 5 child records were reviewed. All were complete.
Rabies vaccinations for 3 dogs are all current.
Emergency evacuation drills. emergency supplies, first aid kit, first aid/CPR certifications, fridge/freezer temperatures, bathroom supplies and annual training hours were all in compliance.
The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the provider.
