Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 8/27/25, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:59 AM and ended at 11:50 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 26. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
