Inspector Notes
The inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/21/21 and concluded on 9/28/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted.
There were 7 day care and 2 residential children present with 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children and 3 household members files were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
