Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review, interviews and virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 9/21/21 and concluded on 9/28/21. There were 7 day care and 2 residential children and 2 staff present. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standard were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
