Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted 1/11/2024 from 9:50 am through 10:45am. There were 3 children (8 points) ages 6 months through 4 years present with the provider and one assistant. The children were observed watching an educational video and later eating snack. A total of 3 children?s files, 2 staff files, and 1 household member?s files were reviewed and found in compliance. The family day home?s policies, supplies, and equipment was inspected and found in compliance. Inspection of the one crib on site was made and determined to the meet the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. There are currently no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time. The home was found to be clean and organized and supplied with adequate space available for the requested capacity of 12 children. No violations were found during this inspection.
