A monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 02/25/2026 (between 10 am to 1 pm) in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 02/13/2026, relating to standard # 8 VAC 20-780-400.A. The inspector reviewed (1) child?s record and (1) staff record on-site on 02/25/2026.
This inspection included: document review (i.e. Files, policies and procedures, and written statements), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations (video recordings).
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with the applicable standard. No violation was issued.
