A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on August 29, 2023 between 10:30am and 11:05pm. There were three children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 3 children's records, the vendor/provider's record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
