Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today in regards to a complaint received by the licensing office in regards to the provider's capacity. The inspector interviewed caregivers, household members, and reviewed attendance records. Three children were present during the inspection. The permitted capacity for the provider is four children. No evidence was found to support the allegation that the provider has been caring for more than four children.
