A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted 8/27/2024 between 9:45am and 10:15am. There was 1 child receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 2 children's records, the vendor/provider's record, and 5 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.

Within the first 90 days of employment or service all caregivers shall complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff sponsored by the Department of Education. Caregiver 2's record did not contain documentation of completion of this training.
