8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day homes
Inspector Notes
An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on February 6, 2023 from 11:15am until 12:00pm. There were 3 children in care supervised by 1 caregiver. There are no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. Children were observed playing freely. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
