A monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14, 2022. There were 5 children present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation, potentially poisonous materials and supplies were in located in areas accessible to children.

Potentially poisonous cleaning supplies were located in the bathroom the children use and laundry materials were in an unlocked closet making them accessible to the children.

Plan of Correction: The materials were moved and locked up. I will make sure all potentially poisonous materials and supplies are inaccessible to the children.
