Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 10:15am. There were 7 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. A second caregiver arrived approximately 10 minutes later. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed coloring. A total of 7 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 3Based on review of children's records, the provider did not obtain documentation of a
physical examination prior to a child's attendance or within 30 days after the first day of attendance.
