Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 8:45am and 10:15am. There were 6 children present with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed eating morning snack and dancing. A total of 5 child records and 2 caregiver records and two household members were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued. The side wall had a piece of wall that was ripped and a quarter size piece of the wall hanging.

Child #1 (under the age of two) does not have documentation of updated immunizations every six months. Immunization record in file was dated. 4/2023.
