An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on October 17, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:35am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 110 children present with 26 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, document review, interviews, and observations.
