Inspector Notes

This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

An annual subsidy inspection was initiated on August 30, 2021 at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, and concluded on August 30, 202. The vendor reported there was one child in care and with the vendor. All documents for the vendor and the child in care had previously been reviewed and were current.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for
Child Care programs.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
