Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on April 21, 2022 and concluded on April 25, 2022. There were 14 children present with 5 staff supervising including 1 administrative staff during the in person observation. The inspector observed the children in care engaged in movie time, completing handwashing, preparing for lunch and eating lunch, and transitioning into napping. The center's playground area is currently not in use. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
