Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/17/23 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:45am and ended at 11:05am. There were 8 staff with 29 children in 3 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with various manipulatives, reading books, and eating breakfast. Children and staff files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 2 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
