Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on April 4, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 12:56pm. There were 6 staff with 33 children in three (3) classrooms. Children were observed playing with various age-appropriate toys, manipulatives, music activities, eating lunch, handwashing, outdoor activities, and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were two (2) medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
