Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on October 21, 2021 and concluded on October 26, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present (includes the Provider's two children), ranging in ages from one infant to 4 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
