Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted in person today from 12:15- 1:25. The Provider had her two children present along with 12 children and another 2 assistants for a total of 32 points. The children's space and outside space was observed and the children were just down for nap within a few minutes. The program had a new assistant (part of their sub pool) present today and her records were current. Files, emergency supplies, emergency practice drills, staff records, and children information were also checked. Please call with questions 703-479-4679.
