Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:50am-10:45am. There were 13children ( 2 were the Providers) for a total of 27 points directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 2children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely , working in the garden, taking care of the animals, and participating in circle time. Bathroom and handwashing procedures were also observed. The animals were friendly and the home keeps records of the animals. There was also baby chicks inside and the children were excited to talk to the chicks. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. There were no violations today but a discussion about repairing a few walls was discussed. The outside equipment was also observed and caregivers stated they check and make repairs when needed.
