A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/14/2023 between 10:15am and 10:55am. There were no children in care. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, the vendor/provider's record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice. The fist aid kit only contained assorted bandages. It did not contain: Scissors, tweezers, gauze, adhesive tape, antiseptic cleansing solution, digital thermometer, single use gloves, or an ice pack.
