Based on the review of the vendors records, the vendor failed to get background checks for a household member.
Evidence: The household member returned on December 6th after an extended stay out of the country. The vendor did not notify the local government agency and the household member did not get the required background checks.
Plan of Correction: I have talked with my specialist and will get the background checks done. He has been staying with my daughter after he arrived home.
