Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 10/28/2021 and concluded on 11/02/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 14 children, ages 2 years-5 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 2 staff records and 5 Board Officer/Agent records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
