Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/30/2023. There were 24 children, ages 2 years- 7 years, 7 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies, nutrition and background checks. The children were observed during naptime, snack time, self-directed and teacher-directed activities. A total of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: allergy lists. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 1:00 pm and departed at 4:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
