Inspector Notes
An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 5/30/24 from11:35 am to 12:25 pm. There were 3 children (11 points) in care present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 3 children's record, 1 caregiver's record and 1 adult household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. The children were observed playing with toys. There were no medications on site. The first aid kit, attendance, outdoor play area was inspected.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
