Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 1/30/2023. There were no children in care.
A review of required background searches, training and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. No medications were on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
