Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 1/22/2024. There were 3 children in attendance at the time of the inspection.
A review of required background searches, training and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. No medications were on site. Age appropriate materials were available for the children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
