An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 5/31/2023 at 9:30am. There was (1) child in care and (0) children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (1) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
