An initial subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023 from 3:15 P.M.-4:00 P.M. All areas used for childcare were toured, emergency evacuation maps, emergency preparedness plan, first aid kits, and non-medical supplies were reviewed. Discussion regarding policies and procedures, hazardous materials storage, medication procedures, arrival and departure of children, and attendance record requirements were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
