Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on July 16, 2025 and completed on July 16, 2025. The inspection started at 1:50 p.m. and concluded at 3:00 p.m. There were 63 children present and seven staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and four staff records electronically on July 21, 2025.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
